How Our.one works, in three sentences.
- Every product under Our.one publishes its own product constitution — which roles participate, what percentage each earns, what counts as a direct cost. Every declaration sums to 100%.
- Ninety percent of net revenue flows to the humans. Ten percent covers the parent company's finance, legal, compliance, and shared infrastructure. Raising the fee requires a supermajority vote of all non-Operator members.

What you do not get:
- Any form of token or equity. A Founding Patron badge is a revenue-share contract, not a security. It is not tradable, not transferable, not a speculative asset. Its value is the revenue it earns — nothing more.
- Control over specific product decisions. Product constitutions are amendable by affected role-holders of that product, not by Patrons at large. Patrons vote at the framework level, not the product level.

You build, train, or maintain one of the products. For AI products: domain expertise, training data, quality reviews. For other products: the work that produces the product itself. You earn from the product's ongoing revenue, proportional to your contribution per that product's constitution.

User
You subscribe to and use a product. Your subscription funds the economy, and per each product's declared split, some of it comes back to you as revenue share — the product effectively pays you to stay.
User roles open when each product launches.
Ambassador
You close a deal at your employer or in your network. You earn a recurring share of every account you close, for as long as it runs. Traditional channel sales, reframed as long-term revenue share instead of one-off commission.

Recruiter
You bring anyone — any role, any product — onto the platform. You earn a single-level share of what they generate, for as long as they stay active. When they bring someone, you earn nothing from that further chain. The YouTube model. The line between distribution and pyramid.
Every member becomes a recruiter automatically — a referral link is issued at signup.
Curator
You filter, rank, and surface quality — inside a product, or across the Our.one portfolio. In the AI age, taste is the scarcest asset. Curators earn per upvote/downrank that correlates with long-term user retention.

Verifier
You audit product outputs for correctness, safety, or compliance. Especially critical for regulated domains — legal, medical, financial, engineering. You earn from the accuracy you guarantee.

You adapt a product across jurisdictions and cultures. Translation itself is free — AI does it. The value is cultural, regulatory, and legal adaptation. A tax product in Brazil is not a tax product in Germany.

You run the team for a product that needs a team. Sales, customer success, product engineering beyond the shared platform layer. Not every product has Product Operators; some are fully AI-automated.

FAQ
Is this a token or crypto? No. There is no tradable instrument. A Founding Patron badge is a revenue-share contract. You cannot sell it, transfer it, or speculate on it. Its only value is the revenue it earns.
Is this a security? No. Revenue-share contracts paid for labor, referral, or usage are compensation, not securities. This is the same structure YouTube uses to pay four million creators across a hundred countries. No SEC registration required. No Reg CF. No Reg D. No accredited-investor gate.
Is this an MLM or pyramid? No. Attribution is single-level. When you bring someone, you earn from them. When they bring someone else, you earn nothing from that chain. Multi-level attribution is what makes pyramids illegal, and it is constitutionally prohibited at Our.one.
What if Our.one fails? If a specific product under Our.one fails, its revenue-share commitments are wound down per the Constitution — earned shares are paid from the treasury. If the parent company itself fails, Founding Patron contracts bind any successor. The Constitution is written into the contract with every member, and an acquirer or successor inherits it in full. An acquirer that cannot accept this commitment cannot acquire Our.one.
Why should I trust this? You should not trust it on our word. You should read the Constitution and judge whether the structure is credible. Every commitment is written into the Founding Patron contract you sign, not just the marketing copy. Binding commitments made before we have leverage cost us something; that is the point.
When does the first product ship? Our.one / Forum is in build. The first B2B product — the revenue seed — is being scoped. Founding Patrons get early access to both before public launch, and Founding Patron status is available until that first paid product ships.
Can I refund my Patron? You can exit your role and stop participating at any time. Revenue-share earned to the date of exit is yours and continues to be paid per the original contract. The $100 Patron prepayment is non-refundable — it is the pre-subscription that funded the product you were first to believe in. This is the only irreversible commitment in the entire system, and it exists so that Patrons mean something.
