The marketing footer stays on /(marketing)/* routes only. Substrate identity navigation lives in the AuthChip dropdown and the rails themselves.
Sticky rails: when reading is the activity, three columns scrolling together makes the feed feel small and the rails feel like dead weight. Sticky rails keep navigation visible and let the center column carry the reader's attention.
