A 15-minute default dinner.
Need
- Spaghetti
- Garlic, olive oil, chili flakes
- Parmesan, a lemon
Do
- Boil the pasta; save a mug of the water before draining.
- Gently warm sliced garlic and chili in plenty of oil.
- Toss the pasta in, a splash of pasta water at a time, until glossy.
- Off the heat: parmesan, a squeeze of lemon, lots of black pepper.
