Weeknight pasta

A 15-minute default dinner.

Need

  • Spaghetti
  • Garlic, olive oil, chili flakes
  • Parmesan, a lemon

Do

  1. Boil the pasta; save a mug of the water before draining.
  2. Gently warm sliced garlic and chili in plenty of oil.
  3. Toss the pasta in, a splash of pasta water at a time, until glossy.
  4. Off the heat: parmesan, a squeeze of lemon, lots of black pepper.
